Single room on wooded terrace, close to the center.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable, modern and functional house including a fantastic green terrace all around the apartment at the last floor of the building which is not so far from the city center to have a walk and well connected with the bublic transportation. The guys are so nice, easy going, available to recommend must see places and to spend a few time together. Last but not least an adorable cat and a relaxing massage by Frank if you like! What more could you ask for? 😉

Beautiful top-floor apartment with a very green terrace! Warm welcome from Franck and Lionel and a very pleasant stay. The town center and harbor are within walking distance and there are plenty of public transportation options nearby: bus at the foot of the building for the entire Promenade des Anglais up to the airport, Vauban train station (bus) and Riquier train station (trains) not far away, and tram to Nice-Ville in 10 minutes. I also recommend Franck's massage!

Fantastic hosts. Lionel and Frank really take care of you and make you feel at home. They even picked me from the airport and welcomed me with wine/champagne. Since I drink tea, they made sure tea was ready before I woke up in the morning. Super cool guys to hang out with. The apartment is spacious, peaceful, safe and clean and cannot forget the gorgeous balcony with amazing views. It's a short walk (about 20 min) to old nice and the gay bars. Highly recommend!

I spent a very pleasant day with Frank and Lionel in their beautiful apartment and their niece. They were both very kind, friendly and very welcoming. We had a great stay at Franck and Lionel's place. They are great hosts. Very sweet and thoughtful guys, doing their utmost to make you feel comfortable and at home. Also, their house is super cozy and comfortable and has nice green terraces. Very relaxed and relatively quiet, but still very close to the vibrant center of Nice. When in Nice again, we'll definitely stay with F&L again

The open-minded and relaxed atmosphere made the whole experience feel even more genuine. A short visit, but we enjoyed every minute with Lionel, Franck, and of course, Charly.

I had a fantastic stay with Lionel and Frank. They were so welcoming, casual, and friendly. They really made me feel like a part of the household, which is the best part of a home stay like this. I hope to see them again one day!
