Single room on wooded terrace, close to the center.

Hello,

Welcome to Lionel & Franck's home, and to Charly, our cat. We live in a 75m2 top-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms (no TV) and a 50m2 terrace accessible from every room.
The idea is also and above all to share a convivial moment. We have two scooters and can take you on a little tour of the city, or to the beach if our respective agendas coincide. In any case, we can give you all kinds of advice on what to see in and around our beautiful city.
Naturists are welcome as we are naturists ourselves, and it can be done indoors or outdoors as we are not overlooked.
The terrace has 2 sun loungers and several small tables that can be used for meals.
We offer a comfortable sofa bed in our guest bedroom, although there is an adjoining dressing room which we may need to access from time to time.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with a shared bathroom. The whole apartment is accessible.
If you have a car, I can provide parking. For sports fans, there's a fitness center just across the street.
For outings, Place Garibaldi and Rue Bonaparte are a 15-minute walk away. Alternatively, there's a self-service bike station at the foot of the building.
We work throughout the week, so we're only available in the evenings and at weekends.
