My 50m2 apartment is on the second floor with elevator and has all the essential equipment for your stay, the room is comfortable and has its own balcony.
The apartment is 2 minutes from the "République" streetcar station and 6 minutes from the "Port Lympia" station.
A 5-minute walk from the "Nice Riquier" SNCF train station, taking you to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco.
