Private room in a beautiful roof-top apartment in the Port district

I stayed in Erwann and Fred's Place for about two weeks and that's the best decision I made before coming to Nice. Both of them are so attentive so caring they helped me settle down really well and they answer all my questions and doubts patiently and I feel like I was taken care of so well in a foreign country. For anyone coming to Nice if you can I highly recommend that you should stay with this lovely couple. I can't wait to see them again in the future.

Erwann and Fred were the most hospitable hosts! They were friendly and made sure that we are comfortable in their flat. They even accommodated my request to arrive earlier than expected. Their flat is very nice too. It's centrally located, very modern, and has a roofdeck with an awesome view of Nice. They provide you with breakfast and snacks too. I would recommend staying at their place when visiting Nice 😊

Erwann and Fred have been really wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, happy to help and even made us breakfast on their beautiful terrace. They have been super flexible both at check in and check out. The house is very nice and the room has a private shower and sink. Location is perfect to visit Nice and the neighborhood is very cool.

Erwann and Fred are wonderful hosts. They are friendly, welcoming and always available to help - but also give you your space. It was interesting and pleasant to talk to them in the morning at breakfast or after work. They were able to provide recommendations for a massage spa since I was sore from dragging a backpack all around France. They also recommended places to visit around town. The room is lovely, bright and modern with a desk, and in suite shower. And the terrace is incredible with 180 degrees of views-the perfect spot to take your dinner in the evening. Their cats are so cool.

Magnificent welcome from Erwan and Fred, warm, generous, and very cool! The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the bedroom very comfortable (very pleasant linen sheets!), the terrace exceptional. The family is completed by Sasha and Nino, adorable mini-panthers 🐈‍⬛ ❤. I absolutely recommend staying with this lovely couple!
