Cosy and elegant

Very lovely, well-arranged apartment, well-equipped, quiet, very beautifully decorated, ideally close to the port and old Nice. As for the host, there's really nothing bad to say, charming, smiling, always full of good advice, and always available live or by phone whenever there's any issue. He even saved my stay because without him I wouldn't have had accommodation in Nice.

I had a wonderful stay with Yann and Louna, who kindly hosted me for two nights in their apartment. Yann is an incredibly sympathetic and super friendly host, making me feel welcome from the very first moment. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their hospitality made my stay especially enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back again and stay with them in the future. Highly recommended!

A warm greeting from sweetest dog Louna, and a gracious welcome from host Yann. Being adjacent Nice-Riquier Train Station (main line to the Riveria) proved awesome. Numerous amenities are close, and it's easily walkable to the Nice "gayborhood" and great restaurants. The lovely apartment offers a great view of the mountains. Yann and Louna were away most of my stay, but communication was excellent. It was like arriving "home" after exploring the Riviera sights each day. I hope to visit again.

I decided to ring in the new year in Nice and Yann's beautiful and sunny apartment couldn't have been a better base to do so. It is incredibly easy to get to if you arrive in Nice by train as it's right off the train stop, but still very quiet. This way it's also a perfect starting point to discover the coastal towns like Menton and Èze via train. Yann was a very thoughtful and kind host, very available and I've made a new friend in his adorable dog Louna.

Yann's apartment is not only beautiful but very functional. He has made this space comfortable not only for himself but for guests. The washrooms, the bedroom, kitchen and living room are so well kept and well decorated you want to just stay inside. The complimentary coffee and the use of laundry was very nice. The location is very accessible to many places. Check-in was not too confusing, just follow instructions. And he has a lot of good local recommendations.

The apartment is stylish and stunning. Yann is very considerate and responsive. And the location is just right next to the FlixBus station. This place is highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Yann's apartment, very convenient location near tram, bus and train with complete amenities. Yann gave us plenty of tips on restaurants and cafes in the city as well as the best beaches of Côte d'Azur. Thank you for having us, Louna nous déjà manques, would love to return sometime!

I had a great time staying at this accommodation and being hosted by Yann and his friendly cute dog. Would definitely stay there again. Also loved the atmosphere and tropical showers set up.

Yann was very responsive and friendly. The apartment matches the photos and is very well located. Very quiet. Bakery 3 minutes away. Nearby shops and shopping with supermarket 3 minutes away. Louna was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend

A truly sublime apartment with a very friendly host. Highly recommended. Plus it's just a stone's throw from Nice Riquier train station, which makes airport transfers much easier.
