Tastefully renovated, air-conditioned 2-room apartment on 3rd floor without elevator. Kitchen opens onto living room, bedroom with 140x190 bed, quiet courtyard, separate toilet and en suite bathroom.
The apartment is very bright, it is ideally located 1 minute from Nice Riquier train station, 10 minutes from Place du Pin (small Nice marsh) close to streetcar line 1 and 2, old Nice, and the beach.
Louna 🐶, a 7-year-old Australian shepherd, very sociable, even sticky with her ball, and I, attentive and also discreet, with an approximate English (but we'll always manage to understand each other) will be delighted to welcome you during your stay on the Côte d'Azur.

We'll have shared living rooms, but you'll have your own room, this while it's a 50 m2 apartment, so I'll just come and get my clothes when I need them, with your agreement. 😌
