We are a young couple in Nice, renting a private room with a double bed in a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. We are in the center-east of Nice, so everything can be done on foot! The tramway is a 5-minute walk away, and Vieux-Nice and the port are a 10/15-minute walk away. Numerous shops nearby and gay venues to suit all tastes. All in a pleasant atmosphere! We have a very affectionate dog, a pretty beige Labrador. We hope you like cuddles! He's very well-behaved and affectionate. Marco also offers a guided tour of the city, its beautiful panoramas and gay venues (booking for 3 hours - €40).

Marco was helpful host, provided me with some good advice to where to go and what to see in Nice. The apartment is well located, in walking distance of tram and train stations. Easy waking distance to centre of Nice.
