Nice apartment near Nice-Riquier station and tramway 1

Benjamin was an excellent host. He made himself available to provide the necessary directions. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning, a great balcony and is less than 3 minutes walking from the tram stop on the city center line, supermarket right next to the house and less than 5 minutes from Nice Riquier train station, for those who want to make East/West trips, which was my case. It was an excellent week. I recommend it to anyone traveling under the same circumstances.

Ben is a great guy, he has a nice apartment, the location is a few minutes from Gare de Riquier and it will connect you with everything easily. I enjoyed seeing the city outside of the center where he is, and felt well connected with Train, trams and busses. Ben was truly helpful, friendly and I recommend this place for your visit to Nice.

The apartment is super comfortable! Spacious, well-located, well-decorated, bedroom with air conditioning, clean and comfortable bathroom. Benjamin is an excellent host. I recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful bright room in a luxurious apartment, all comforts and a terrace with a very pleasant view, well furnished, spacious, completing a large living room and a grand hotel-like bathroom! The host is very professional and discreet. I recommend it to everyone looking for good accommodation!
