Yves was a marvellous host – very warm and welcoming. His apartment is very spacious, has excellent facilities for a comfortable stay, is very tastefully decorated, and has a great balcony for relaxing on. Yves also provides breakfast, which was appreciated. The apartment is very conveniently located to rail, tram and bus services, and there are a range of eating places and a shopping centre in the neighbourhood. Thanks for your great hospitality, Yves!

A very pretty, comfortable and clean environment, wasn't there very long but very much enjoyed it :) great balcony/terrace for having breakfast and a morning coffee.

Good morning, I stayed at this wonderful B&B and was welcomed with so much love and professionalism. The owner is a kind and courteous person who made me feel at home, giving me all the tips for the city of Nice! I recommend it to everyone and when I return to Nice I'm sure I'll come back there. Yves gave me a very warm welcome! Super apartment and close to the port! Private bedroom and bathroom, it feels like home! + free breakfast. I highly recommend.

Great stay! Yves' place is clean, central, walking distance to old town, and very close to the train station. I was traveling to surrounding cities most days during my stay and Yves was so kind to accommodate early check-in and late check-out. I also enjoyed our chats and learning about the culture differences in France/US. Highly recommend to stay with Yves!
