Hello, I am offering a small private room in my apartment located in the Nice Riquiez district, just a few minutes from the city center.
I will sleep on the sofa bed in my living room. We'll share the bathroom, kitchen, living room and toilet (sheets and towels provided).
Riquiez is a pleasant, popular neighborhood 5 minutes' walk from the tramway and 1 minute's walk from the Nice Riquiez train station, which will take you to Cannes, Monaco or even Italy.
The port is a 10-minute walk away; the gay district is less than 15 minutes on foot. Place Garibaldi, Place Masséna, the beaches, the old town and Avenue Jean-Médecin are all less than 25 minutes away on foot!
My 50m2 apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) with double glazing, reversible air conditioning and heating in your bedroom. The bedroom is small but comfortable and has its own small balcony.
The apartment is NON smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed.
