Alain is a very nice host, the apartment is perfectly located in the Riquier neighborhood, everything can be easily reached on foot (Port, Garibaldi, Vieux Nice)... highly recommended without hesitation

Alain was a great host and gave me lots of tips for what to do in and around Nice. Accommodation was great and had everything I needed. Very good location.

I stayed with Alain for 3 nights. All I can say is it was not long enough! Alain gave me the best advice of things to see and do, which made my whole visit better than I could have planned or expected. Unfortunately in only 3 days of seeing everything (and being completely tired at the end of the day) I didn't have much free time to get to know Alain well but we had some good time, he is very easy going, thoughtful and smart. Communication was easy. The apartment is in the perfect position - just a step to the train station, the busses, the tram, a shopping centre, lots of places to eat, and a short walk to the old town, the port and the gay bars. While I was there I took any easy train to Monaco and Menton and a day at the beaches near Eze. The apartment is super comfortable and quiet, I slept very well every night. This is definitely the pace to stay when visit Njce or any surrounding areas.

Great stay in Nice, right next to Riquier station. Alain was good with communications; he arranged for his Mum to meet me at the apartment as I was checking in early and allowed me to keep my bag there, as I had a late flight home. Gave me some good tips on what to do and I enjoyed his recommendation to visit Menton. Alain is respectful and friendly and would recommend staying with him.

Alain is an excellent host, highly recommended, everything is super clean, the apartment is very comfortable, 5/5. The location is perfect because it's next to Nice Riquier station and from there you can catch a train to anywhere on the côte d'azur.

Alain was a great host - friendly, helpful and full of advice & recommendations. He gave me some great travel tips for the area. The apartment has double pane windows that block traffic noise from the street. The apartment is literally only a couple of minutes from the train station but you can't hear the trains at all but have the benefit of both the train & the tram line at your doorstep. It really is a great location - you can't hear the get anywhere easily without being in the main busy tourist area all the time. Highly recommend.

Alain was 100% invested in his role as a host. The listing is very accurate to reality and I had no particular disappointment during my stay. Alain is very thoughtful and cares about the well-being of the people he welcomes. He made sure I was as comfortable as possible and had a pleasant stay in Nice. Not knowing exactly what to do during my stay due to lack of information, Alain, as a local guide, gave me excellent advice to make the most of my stay. I wouldn't have done nearly as many activities without his advice. The location of his apartment is very convenient as it's only a two-minute walk to Riquier Station, making it easy to visit the surrounding areas of Nice. The same goes for accessing Nice city center if you want to go on foot. The neighborhood where he lives is quite peaceful and safe. I highly recommend this listing and his services as a host.

I had a fantastic stay at Alain's apartment. The location is great because it's more of a local neighborhood (and thus a little quieter) but the tourist hotspots are only a ten minute walk away. The apartment is clean and modern. I slept comfortably despite the city going through a heat wave. Also very importantly... I didn't realize beforehand that Alain runs a tourism business and thus had fantastic recommendations for how to spend my time in and around the city. Thanks for the great stay!

Impeccably clean. I couldn't ask for a better first host. Throughout the weekend, Alain and his boyfriend checked in on me ensuring I had everything I needed for an awesome time in Nice. I walked everywhere from the apartment. Truly delightful hosts and apartment
