Super beautiful stay with Christophe and Thomas. Friendly and warm hosts, the connection with them was instant and we felt like we were meeting up with friends. The house and the room were in line with the listing, everything was clean and tastefully done. I highly recommend this place, everything was great!

The place is truly wonderful. It is located a little outside the city centre, which makes the area quieter, while still being very conveniently located. The area is slightly uphill, but this was not a problem at all. There is a Carrefour supermarket and a tram stop nearby, so getting to the city centre is very easy. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment has two levels. Upstairs there is the guest bedroom as well as the hosts’ bedroom, while downstairs there is the shared area — a living room connected to the kitchen, with access to the terrace. One of the biggest advantages is the terrace with a jacuzzi, which we were able to use. Just keep in mind that, due to the noise, the jacuzzi can only be used until 10 PM. The hosts also kindly provided us with a beach umbrella, which was a very nice gesture and came in very handy. The room had air conditioning and a mosquito net, and we also had our own private bathroom. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend this place.

Christophe and Thomas welcomed me very well in their apartment. They were warm and we had great discussions in the evenings when I returned from my visits around the region. They gave me advice and suggestions about activities. The apartment is just as presented in the photos with plenty of space. It was a pleasure to meet them and to now have new friends in Nice. I highly recommend staying with them.

Very cozy accommodation, matches the description, large kitchen, lots of space. Thank you very much to Christophe and Thomas for their sensitivity, attention and helpfulness – very friendly guys. We didn't lack anything. The towels were changed, and they provided us with beach towels and a beach umbrella. Bus and train stops are within a 7-minute walk, with connections to Cannes and Monaco. We will definitely come back to the guys.

It was a perfect stay! The room has lots of charm and has all the amenities, excellent air conditioning, it is spacious with high ceilings and very well laid out. The stay in this apartment went perfectly. It's a very pleasant room, with all necessary comforts, in a beautiful apartment. Access to the jacuzzi, during the period of great heat, was just perfect!
