Pierre is a gracious and welcoming host. I spent a month with him while studying French in a near-by town and he happily showed me around, included me in his evening suppers when I didn't go out with classmates (he's a good cook!), and assisted me in my beginning attempts to communicate in French. The apartment is quiet and has a lovely view (the hot tub no longer works but it wasn't the weather for it anyway). My only caution is that it is quite a long walk (with lots of stairs) from anywhere if you don't have a car--but the exercise was good for me!

I'm very happy that my journey to Nice started with Pierre. He kindly picked me up from the airport, showed me around the city on the way, and treated me to dinner at a lovely local restaurant — and that was just the first day! Pierre is a wonderful host — warm, generous, and always ready to help with advice or anything you might need. He even took me on several drives to explore beautiful places nearby, including a quick trip across the border to Italy, which was such a nice surprise. The house is in a fantastic location, with an amazing view of the city and the sea that I enjoyed every day. The room was very comfortable, with a private bathroom, spotlessly clean and cozy. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Merci beaucoup, Pierre!

Very good stay in this little corner of paradise in Nice: spacious, very pleasant and comfortable room with independent bathroom. Peaceful location that allows you to rest without any problem after a day of activities or walks on the Côte and/or in the city. The view of Nice from the room and the terrace is simply magnificent. Pierre knows how to make us feel at ease from arrival and throughout the stay: a sympathetic, warm, helpful person who communicates regularly well before arriving, and who takes the time to give us as much advice as possible. Superb comfortable room in a quiet location. Comfortable bed, spacious room and well-appointed. Private bathroom, large house where you feel at home. The terrace is a point to highlight, having breakfast outside is very pleasant in this magnificent little garden. Magnificent view of the city of Nice and its bay. Pierre is an incredible host, devoted, knowing how to welcome people and put them at ease. Kindness and generosity, good communicator. Warm welcome. I recommend this place for a vacation in Nice. Pierre is a very nice and pleasant person who is at the service of others even without being asked. We felt like we were at home, a moment of peace and relaxation. I definitely recommend him.

Pierre is a great and gentle host! It was very kind of him to pick me up at the AirPort and take me for a short walk showing me the most important parts of Nice. The room was perfect and the whole house is very clean and has a marvellous view over Nice. We had also nice conversations during breakfast and dinner! Peter

Great welcoming host, wonderful cosy house on top of the hill with a fantastic panorama view of the whole city! Perfect location especially for those who travel by car. Should you wish to leave your car and have a drink in the Old Town, it is a short and cheap Uber drive away from the place. Thanks for the stay, Pierre!
