Very beautiful apartment in a convenient neighborhood to discover Nice, just a stone's throw from a tram station and not far from Riquier train station. Very warm host and a nice cat, a real personality all on its own! Highly recommended for a very pleasant and easy stay.

My stay with Alex and Balou was simply wonderful. Everything was exactly as described and I felt very comfortable from the start. Alex is an incredibly friendly, warm-hearted and attentive host. I would stay there again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation!

Great stay at Alex's beautiful apartment. The flat is right by the tram stop and walkable to Riquier station where you can catch a train to Monaco. Alex is a lovely, respectful host and Balou is the friendliest cat you will ever meet!

I spent 2 comfortable nights with Alexandre who is a discreet and respectful host. The accommodation is very close to the tram line to reach old Nice in just a few minutes. Proximity, peaceful. I recommend

The apartment is wonderfully freshly renovated and very tastefully furnished. This fully matches Alexandre's style. The location of the apartment is ideal, it is very quiet and you can reach the city center in 5 minutes by tram. Alexandre is a wonderful host - highly recommended!
