Laurent is an excellent host. Friendly, communicative and attentive to detail. The room is properly equipped. The bedding is very comfortable although the mattress is too soft. The house is well situated for those looking for an experience in the old town. Regular breakfast.

Laurent was a perfect host, very kind and communicative, very careful in his welcome and his advice on visiting the city and its surroundings. Right away, we felt at home, comfortable. The apartment is positioned very well, close to the city center and public transportation. So, we recommend Laurent and the room in his apartment, without a doubt! If we are in Nice next time, we will be delighted to stay with Laurent again!

From first contact, it felt like chatting with a roommate: Easy and friendly. And my 10-day stay with Laurent was the same: Like sharing a condo with a friend! We could either chat over a glass of Rose, or do our own things, always knowing Laurent would be there to guide or help.

In a dictionary definition of a "perfect host" the picture of Laurent is right next to it. Attentive, caring, charming, funny, considerate, kind, patient... I can go on and on. The apartment is stunningly beautiful and extremely comfortable. I can only hope to get a chance to stay with this super host again!

Laurent is the perfect host and has a lovely flat in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near tram and train stations. This was my first experience with misterb&b and I don't think I could have found a better host. Laurent is gracious, charming, giving, and has a joie de vivre that is infectious and made my stay in Nice more memorable than I could have hoped for. And his patience with my terrible French was much appreciated! The flat is spacious and the bedroom is comfortable, with full access to the salle de bain, toilette, kitchen, living room and the outdoor living areas. Sharing breakfast with Laurent on the balcony will be one of my favorite memories of Nice. I can't recommend Laurent and his flat more. Thank you for being you, mon ami. I am enriched for having met you.

I visited Nice a few years ago, but with Laurent and his advice on this holiday I was able to appreciate the city in all its beauty. Laurent is a welcoming, attentive and helpful host who makes you feel at home. The apartment is clean, quiet, eclectic and very fun and fully reflects Laurent. The b&b is located in a strategic area, close to the port, services, clubs and the station. In 15 minutes you can go to the sea on the Promenade des Anglais, or take the buses from the port to reach beaches where you can immerse yourself in nature. I definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon
