Benoit and his partner are very kind and welcoming. Great local guides with amazing recommendations. The apartment is in the heart of the city and gay scene which made everything super convenient and I didn't have to take any Ubers during my stay! Highly recommend

Extremely informative host! Benoit was a great informant of places to go and things to do. The location is also close to attractions and public transportation.

Had an amazing time at Benoit, Raphael and Chulito's (gorgeous cat) apartment. It's a beautiful light filled apartment with lots of interesting art and everything you need. Benoit is incredibly kind and helpful.

Benoit is very kind and intelligent, we had great conversations and he gave me some recommendations for Nice and the surrounding areas. Fantastic location, only about a 10 minute walk to the beach and old town. I hope to return!

Benoit was a generous host for my 3-day visit to Nice. While his English is great, I appreciated his patience & encouragement for me to practice my French (very rusty!). He's and interesting and knowledgeable guy! The space was comfortable and matched the description. Excellent central location! I'd gladly stay again.
