In a very calm 1100 square feet apartment on the last floor downtown Nice Musiciens / Thiers neighborhood close to the train station and the tram , 12 mn walk from the beach I offer a 200 square feet separate room with very comfortable sofa bed TV WiFi closet. Shared bathroom, breakfast access to the washing machine... Very convenient for one person Can accomodate 2 for people for a short stay
