In a very calm 1100 square feet apartment on the last floor downtown Nice Musiciens / Thiers neighborhood close to the train station and the tram , 12 mn walk from the beach I offer a 200 square feet separate room with very comfortable sofa bed TV WiFi closet. Shared bathroom, breakfast access to the washing machine... Very convenient for one person Can accomodate 2 for people for a short stay

This was my second time to Nice and my second time staying at Bernhart's accommodation. Bernhart is a fabulous host, the place is extremely clean, has a comfy bed, and a nice shower. It is in the perfect location for visiting Nice. It's right by the train station to easily get to and from the airport or wanting to take a day trip to Cannes or Monaco. It's only a 15-minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Highly recommended! I stayed with Bernhart for 1 night - he was friendly and helpful, and his apartment is in the perfect location, especially if you're using the Nice Ville train station. I was travelling by myself so Bernhart showed me around the city, and even joined me for dinner. I instantly felt at home at his apartment, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was great. Will be back when next in Nice!

I had the pleasure of staying in Bernhart's apartment for three nights and it was an amazing experience. Bernhart is a fantastic host, incredibly kind, and attentive to every detail. He provided clear communication and directions prior to my arrival, making it easy to find his apartment. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bernhart also provided bath and hand towels, as well as beach towels upon request. The continental breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Bernhart's apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.
