We had an excellent two-night stay with Benoît and my little brother. He is an extremely kind, welcoming, sociable and respectful host. Everything was perfect: the accommodation has very nice amenities such as air conditioning, not to mention the towels and hygiene products provided. Special mention for his cat, a bit shy at first, who eventually got used to us after two days! The location is perfect, situated right next to the Promenade des Anglais. Thank you very much Benoît for this stay!

Why hasn't Benoît received the super-host medal yet? Not only is he thoughtful, attentive, and gentle; he is also excellent company. His apartment is spacious, bright, blessed by a good spirit of the place. The guest room is large. The living room overlooks a brand new square with palm trees. The apartment is next to Thiers station — count on about ten minutes walk, passing under the railway bridge then turning left; above all, don't take Queen Jeanne street but the pleasant Trachel street. Thiers Station is also an extremely convenient stop on one of the Nice tram lines. A thousand times better than a hotel, a thousand times better than impersonal and ugly rentals. My stay was delightful; I hope to return to Benoît's as soon as possible.

Ben is very kind, welcoming, friendly with his visitors. I made the right choice to stay with him. He takes good care of his guests. I felt very comfortable at his place, like I was with a real friend. Ben's house is very clean, simple, and all spaces are very comfortable.
