The first time I went to Nice, Mr. Patrick is very kind, very generous and easy-going. There is a balcony where you can sunbathe, the room is air-conditioned and you won't feel hot, all amenities are complete and the bathroom is very clean. Also very helpful in preparing breakfast. I am very satisfied with my five-day trip and highly recommend it :). I will choose his house the next time I go to Nice

We were very well welcomed by Patrick. The apartment is well located (a few minutes walk from Jean Médecin Avenue and a stone's throw from the tram). The bathroom and bedroom are clean and Patrick offers a pleasant snack at breakfast. We will return 🙂

Feels like home in Nice. The flat is in an elegant apartment house, with a great terrace. Design furnished, comfortable "French" style apartment. I travelled with my boyfriend and our room was very charming. The location is perfect, the tram stop is just a few steps away, and the centre and the beach is 10 minutes by tram. Supermarkets and a good restaurant very close to the apartment. Patrick, the host is such an amazing guy. Very helpful and kind. Patrick and his flat is the perfect choice!

Patrick is a very good host. Warmly and friendly. Prepared everything to us . We had a great staying experience here. And he also drove us to the beach . What a nice person. Definitely we will come back again next time. Merci :-)
