Great stay at Stefan's. His duplex is both spacious and cozy, and the terrace with a lovely view was a great plus! The guest bedroom and bathroom were modern and very clean. There's really everything you need. Stefan is adorable and super friendly and didn't hesitate to show me local life and the surrounding beaches. It's honestly like I spent a weekend at a friend's place :)

I had such an amazing time in Nice, and your place made the experience even more special. I truly appreciate your kindness and all your help throughout my stay. It was a pleasure to stay at Stefans house. He is super nice and I arrived for Pride Parade and he took me with him and introduced me to all of his friends. I was even able to stay a bit longer so I can finish working at my last day. I can recommend staying at his place. Its beautiful and Stefan will show you the real Nice which you cant see as a normal tourist. Thanks Stefan for this nice stay. I will come back for sure :)

My stay at Villa Stef exceeded all my expectations at every level! The room + bathroom were clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The sunny terrace is very enjoyable. But especially Stefan is a wonderful host who takes pleasure in welcoming and taking care of his guests. I highly recommend without hesitation and I already know where to stay on my next visit to Nice!

Stefan is a friendly and very attentive host. He takes care of every detail and his beautiful duplex affectionately nicknamed 'Villa Stef' has everything to make you have a great stay. The solarium/naturist area and the living room terrace will help you soak up some vitamin D when the sun shines! Stefan knows all the best spots and is open to getting to know his guests and going on adventures (beach, dining out, etc.). You'll be in good hands with Stef!

10/10 experience. Stephane was an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were all set. The next day he had to be somewhere so he left some light delicious bites. The apartment is even better than the photos.

Stephane is the best host- so kind and upbeat. The apartment is like a resort- photos don't do it justice. So much space for relaxing and the terraces (two!) are outfitted with comfortable furniture. I would definitely want to stay here again. Nice is a wonderful city but Stephane makes it even better!

I had a great time with Stéphane. He is a very kind and an amazing host, and made me feel very welcome. He showed me the lovely city of Nice, including his favorite beach places. His apartment is beautiful and well decorated. The terraces are great places to relax and rewind, both during the day and in the evening. I'm glad I got the opportunity to meet Stéphane, and look forward to visiting him again.
