Large room with independent entrance and shared bathroom on the ground floor of a pleasant house to live with garden, pergola and outdoor sofa (depending on season). Located in a very quiet area 400m from the beaches, shops: bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, banks, bus stop. Possibility of free parking in front of the house. Bed linen and towels provided. To keep company there is a young cat cuddly and discreet!

Stéphane is a charming host who pays attention to every detail to make his guests feel comfortable right away. It was a pleasure to stay in his beautifully decorated home just steps away from the waterfront and its bars. If we return to the area, we will come back. Thank you

A warm welcome and a quiet room in a pleasant house.......I recommend this accommodation which has great accessibility with a beautiful setting and absolute peace and quiet......

The house is superb, beautifully decorated, located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and where you can find parking space! A house with a pleasant garden to live in where everything is clean and in good condition. Nice is about 15km away but it feels good to be away from the chaos of the city. Stéphane is charming, available, welcoming, kind, affable to talk with (and handsome, too!) We were happy to meet him. This place is worth recommending. We would happily return if we come back to the area!
