Nicolas is a friendly and attentive host who knows how to make you comfortable very quickly. You feel at home right away! His apartment, located on the heights of Nice, is very pleasant, comfortable and air-conditioned — a real plus in the middle of summer. And most importantly, it offers an absolutely magnificent view of Nice that never gets old. And when you say "heights of Nice" there's definitely a bit of climbing involved! 😄 The slope to reach the apartment is quite steep, but let's say it allows you to work your calves and glutes before enjoying, once you arrive, a view that definitely deserves the effort! A very good stay at Nicolas's place, which I highly recommend for his welcome, his kindness and the setting his apartment offers.

Nico was an amazing host! The apartment was fantastic — clean, comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. While it's about a 30-minute walk to the beach, Ubers were quick and inexpensive (around $10), so getting around was super easy. I had a great stay and would come back again in a minute. Highly recommend!

Nico is a wonderful person and I had the best time in Nice. He shared his deep love for the city with me and gave me so many tips, we even we on a short trip together. The apartment is spectacular and well designed. Very thankful for this stay.
