Private room in a top-floor apartment with an elevator, terrace, and hot tub 🌈 Less than a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches, and the tram.

Our residence, located on the small hill of Les Baumettes, is highly sought after for its tranquility. Close to the CUM tram station (Lines 2 and 3), which runs from the airport to the Port of Nice, passing through Jean Médecin (downtown).

An Experience in Nice

Explore Old Nice and the Castle Hill after a day at the beach. Enjoy the hot tub in the evening. Have an aperitif on the terrace. Easily reach the city center by tram.

Depending on our availability, we’d be delighted to offer you a welcome aperitif so we can get to know each other.

We offer a room of about 10 m2 with a 160x200 cm bed. High-quality bedding with a slatted frame and a comfortable mattress for restful nights.

The living room and kitchen area are air-conditioned. The bedroom does not have individual air conditioning, but it benefits from the air conditioning in the rest of the apartment. You can leave the bedroom door open at night if you’d like to enjoy the fresh air. So far, our guests haven’t had any complaints about this.

We share

A shower room. A separate toilet with a sink. Living room and central island A terrace with a sea view off the living room, equipped with outdoor furniture and a hot tub.

Breakfast is not included. An espresso machine, a kettle, tea, and herbal teas are at your disposal. Two bakeries with patios, offering breakfast specials, are located about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

On an exceptional basis and by reservation, we can offer (for an additional fee) breakfast and dinner, depending on our availability.

For our guests, the Markalan private lounge, managed by Alan, offers a 10% discount on its massage, barber, beauty treatments, and waxing services.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is prohibited indoors (in the bedroom and common areas). However, smoking is permitted on the terrace, provided you respect the property and other guests.

The residence is equipped with video surveillance: an outdoor camera and one in the entrance hall.
