Our residence is located in Nice on the small hill of Les Baumettes, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, and a tram stop: "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen" (Line 2 or 3), which takes you to Jean Médecin (downtown) in 10 minutes and provides direct access to the airport.

The apartment is on the 5th and top floor with an elevator and features a rooftop terrace.
The living room and kitchen are air-conditioned.
The bedroom does not have individual air conditioning, but benefits from the air conditioning in the rest of the apartment.

The bedroom features a 160x200 cm bed.
High-quality bedding with a slatted frame and a comfortable mattress for a good night’s sleep.

On a special basis and by reservation, we can offer (for an additional fee) breakfast and dinner, depending on our availability.
