Private room located in Nice Fabron in a very quiet, south-facing private street, 200m from the tramway, Promenade des Anglais and the sea. You'll be 15 minutes from the airport and old Nice by public transport.

Our 100m2 detached house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay on the Côte d'Azur. The bedroom is comfortable and we share the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.

I was with my boyfriend for a getaway from Milan and the location of the house is amazing - practically in 5 minutes you have your feet in the water. They are very kind, polite and really lovely, and helpful with everything. Thank you 🫶🏻♥

Jasmin and Rémy are two wonderful hosts, always opened to help and the communication was awesome. Their home is amazing and you will feel it as your home too. Additionally, the home is really well located - very close to the beach and very well connected to the airport and the city center. Definitely, I'll come back in the future. 100% recommended ❤

Very warm welcome, we felt immediately at ease and the exchanges with Jasmin and Rémi were easy and pleasant. Their house has a lot of charm and is well located. You are quickly on the promenade or at the tram which allows you to reach the old town very quickly. The room is lovely and matches the photos with everything you need. Toilets and bathroom just nearby. It was perfect, thank you Jasmin!
