This was my first trip travelling to nice and I can honestly say that I landed the jackpot with this listing. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful and gracious host. It was a flying visit but he made it easy to know where to go places to enjoy food and dancing drinks. It was also so local and such a brilliant location to everything. Philippe is an absolutely charming host. We had a very good time discussing and I learned from his very interesting experiences. He serves the perfect French breakfast and his kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine. What I love about it when I don't want to make my own espresso. The apartment is exactly as expected and Philippe gives his room to his guest. The apartment is located right next to the Old Port and the end of the tramway as for the airport. From his apartment, you can walk anywhere in the old town in 25 minutes.

Beautiful stay with Phillipe in Nice - very warm and welcoming to his abode located in a central part of town. Very helpful with recommendations on what to do and had some amazing experiences because of it. Also was very kind to bring croissants every morning! A phenomenal stay with a kind of caring soul.

Philippe is very nice, friendly and chatty, he genuinely likes to host and makes you feel comfortable at his place. The house is cosy and he offers the best croissant of Nice! I'd recommend his place.

Centrally located near Nice Old town and close to several bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to all the important attractions. Philippe was very kind and accommodating host. He gave me all good suggestions and even kept my bag at his shop for 4 days while I travelled through Provence. Thanks for the fresh croissants every morning for breakfast
