Fountain Square has a wonderful music scene and is a very walkable neighborhood full of stores and restaurants. I'm from Chicago but seeing live music here gives a more intimate and memorable experience. I had to come back for Post Fest. Michael's knowledge of music made this stay even more amiable, we both went to the fest and talked about the best performaces afterwards. It was great to stay here."

Scott·5·Oct. 2025· "I got to Bart's place in the wee hours of the morning (redeye flight), and I slept in the next morning, so I didn't get much time to chat with him. But he was very communicative, easy to work with, and I did get to chat briefly - very nice guy. I would stay here again. The place is a condo in a complex, each with its own address, and coming in late at night it was a little hard to see the address numbers, but nothing insurmountable. Just use your phone flashlight and look for them on the pillar beside the gate."

John was very good with communication and gave good instructions for staying at the place as well as navigating the area. John also provided great suggestions on things to see and do around Indy. Would recommend staying here on a visit to Indianapolis."
