"I had an enjoyable stay with Curt in his comfortable home. The house is very neat and tidy and the bed made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and is nicely outfitted. Curt's home is within walking distance of plenty of food options in Broad Ripple Village and within easy reach of other parts of town by car. Curt provided plenty of communication in advance of my stay and checked in while I was with him. Though I only spent two nights we made plenty of time to get to know one another over a glass of wine, a meal and in the hot tub. Great stay!"

"Staying at Curt's delightful cottage was a five star experience from start to finish! The location in the North Meridian historic district was perfect- close to the restaurants and nightlife of the Broad Ripple area, easy access to downtown monuments and museums as well as the fashionable shopping on 86th street. When I booked I was unaware of the private bedroom option and since it was vacant Curt upgraded me! An immaculate bedroom and bathroom with every detail and need anticipated. An I can't forget the most comfortable bed and linens ever! But the best part of the visit was the congenial and handsome host who respected my privacy but also shared time and conversation with me. Already planning a return visit!"

"I got to Bart's place in the wee hours of the morning (redeye flight), and I slept in the next morning, so I didn't get much time to chat with him. But he was very communicative, easy to work with, and I did get to chat briefly - very nice guy. I would stay here again. The place is a condo in a complex, each with its own address, and coming in late at night it was a little hard to see the address numbers, but nothing insurmountable. Just use your phone flashlight and look for them on the pillar beside the gate."
