Relieve your stress-load in your private bedroom, on a Queen mattress (coil and memory foam hybrid). Outside your bedroom is your marble-floored bath with glass-panel, walk-in shower, loaded with shower amenities. The house is a 1941 gem, with hardwood floors, original artwork, and Turkish rugs. Modern updates include HVAC with whole-house humidifier and air purifier, Wi-Fi, and a home security system with smoke and carbon-monoxide sensors. Outside, there's a screened-gazebo with daybed/sofa, and oversized chair. Take in the fresh air, and enjoy the wildflowers and garden surrounding the gazebo (in season, it pretty much shields you from view to passers-by). A great spot for morning coffee, reading, a nap, or a glass of wine. Located just west of Broad Ripple Village (shopping, restaurants, and bars), and close to I-465. Plus, if you want to go downtown, Meridian Street offers a straight shot to all that's offered there. (See Nearby Attractions list) If you're driving, there's PLENTY of street parking available, just outside the door.
NOTE: * I live in the house too, with my large dogs, Forrest & Echo. When I have guests, they won't be a nuisance...you'll likely not even know they’re here. * I didn't check the box for "I offer massage," because I'm not a massage therapist, and I don't have a massage table. I do have massage oil though and, for an additional fee, I have provided a quick rubdown for a couple of guests who needed to unwind a bit.

Hi. I've traveled abroad, and around the US. One of the best things about that, is meeting new people. So, I decided to host travelers in my home. I'm pretty down-to-earth, and treat my guests like friends. I try hard to impact the world around me in a positive way through my involvement in community service. “A man makes a living by what he gets, but he makes a life by what he gives.” I am actively involved in community service, including local non-profits. I am very outgoing and friendly. In my home, if you prefer to be naked, have at it. No judgement here; show-offs welcome. haha
I enjoy dining out with friends, red wine, dogs, pop culture, movies, reading, and attending theatre. I'd like to say I enjoy working out...but I actually hate it. I DO frequently go to the gym though. :)

During the week, quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Weekends vary. The home has a security system which I'll arm once I know you're in for the evening. Because of my dogs, I kindly ask that guests leave their pets at home. Absolutely no smoking of any kind indoors! Outside, is fine. I'm no prude. So, if you're a clothing optional kinda guy, please go for it! No parties, please.

Curt has a lovely home. The guest room is very nicely decorated and the bed is super comfy. There are two dogs who are very sweet if you happen to see them, but you would hardly know they're there since they stay in the basement. Curt is a very friendly and attentive host. He had some great restaurant recommendations. He put plenty of thoughtful extras in the room, like a small Keurig coffee machine, some snacks, cell phone chargers and convenient power strips. I would book here again!

Curt was a wonderful host! He was communicative and welcoming. Though I had to cut my stay short, I appreciated how kind and flexible he was. His home was very cozy and inviting, as well. I would definitely stay again in the future!

Curt was an amazing host. From the moment we got there he treated us like one of the family. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a 6 hour drive. His dinner recommendation was on point. Would definitely recommend Curt as a place to relax and enjoy

Curt was an excellent host. He was responsive to messages, provided a lovely home/room, and was a great conversationalist. The house is exactly as described. The host is very helpful and has great suggestions for places to eat in the area. I will definitely stay again.

I had an enjoyable stay with Curt in his comfortable home. The house is very neat and tidy and the bed made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and is nicely outfitted. Curt's home is within walking distance of plenty of food options in Broad Ripple Village and within easy reach of other parts of town by car. Curt provided plenty of communication in advance of my stay and checked in while I was with him. Though I only spent two nights we made plenty of time to get to know one another over a glass of wine, a meal and in the hot tub. Great stay!

Curt was incredibly gracious in welcoming me into his home. The room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the house. Curt was very accommodating of my later arrival and opened up his hot tub for me to enjoy as well. Beyond that, Curt was great to just talk with. He's kind and helpful. It was also extremely nice to take advantage of his clothing optional policy, allowing me to forgo clothes during my stay. I'd highly recommend Curt and would thoroughly enjoy another visit in the future.

Just one night at Curt's after travelling for business was an excellent relaxation and recharge. Curt was communicative throughout the stay starting right from coordinating arrival. We chatted like old friends, and he offered multiple dinner suggestions. Some time in the hot tub coupled with a comfy bed made for a restful night. And under 30 minutes to the airport!
