"I had an enjoyable stay with Curt in his comfortable home. The house is very neat and tidy and the bed made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and is nicely outfitted. Curt's home is within walking distance of plenty of food options in Broad Ripple Village and within easy reach of other parts of town by car. Curt provided plenty of communication in advance of my stay and checked in while I was with him. Though I only spent two nights we made plenty of time to get to know one another over a glass of wine, a meal and in the hot tub. Great stay!"

"This was a great place and served my needs during my week in Indy. I loved that it was in the heart of the gayborhood of Indy with so many restaurants, bars, grocery stores within walking distance. My only dislike is the lack of local TV channels on the TV, this could be resolved with a small OTA digital antenna plugged into the TV. In order to watch anything on the TV you have to log in with your own streaming credentials, which I do not like doing when traveling. Outside of the TV and local channels great place when you want more than a hotel room for an extended stay. Building was secure, parking was off street and secure. Location of this place is perfect for anyone in the LGBTQ community that want to be right in the middle of the fun."
