"Vincenzo and his team went out of their way to accommodate us and our requests from leaving our luggage before the check in time to borrowing scissors, scotch tape and a power adaptor. When we did check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket in the room. He checked in on us throughout our stay and apologized he couldn't see us more as he was ill. Our first meal was in Bonci, the neighborhood pizzeria. It was excellent! There were nice groceries nearby. The Metro was near!"

He wanted to make sure that our stay was pleasant and that our room had everything we needed. He made sure our room was cleaned and that we had clean towels. The instructions for Checking-in were clear. We liked the location. There are restaurants and cafés in the area. It was a 10 minute walk to the Metro station.
