"Although Jerry was not available for check in, he made sure that he provided accurate directions and instructions for access. The premises were as described. BUT when we tried to access the front/beachside we were unsuccessful. Jerry confirmed via text that we did not have access to the front/beachside. The main reason we chose Sunrise Haven is because it was on the beach. Photos were misleading....looking at the photos for the accommodation it appeared to included access to the oceanside of the property. Of the 17 photos on the accommodation advertisement, six were of the oceanside/waterfront of the premises, including the lead photo ........ that after searching for access, we were informed by you, in text message, that we were not allowed to have access to the oceanfront. We did not stay and sought other more suitable accommodation. We have requested a refund but have yet to hear back from Jerry. Brian"

"Everything about this condo was magnificent. The roof top deck/pool was beyond spectacular. The staff was amazing. Made us feel as if we were at a 5 star hotel. Thanks Rob/Serge. You made our 5 year wedding anniversary extra special. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend. :)"

"Absolutly beautiful, relaxing and quiet. Agustin was great to work with during booking and arrival in beautiful PV. The rooftop pool, hot tub, and views are all amazing! Location....location......location. 3-4 easy flat blocks from The Corner Bar, Flamingoes, and about 8 easy blocks the Los Muertos Pier. Food nearby.....anything you want from Red Snapper/Coconut Shrimp, Indian, Thai, and Vietnamese. PV has become a foodie paradise! Thanks again PV and Agustin for the wonderful memories! "Rodrigo and his partner are the most chill, kind people. They responded immediately if I had any questions or suggestions even though a had little interaction with them during my stay. They are model hosts for all vacation stays. The location itself has a great, cozy layout with higher windows for privacy and is in a more authentic, rustic part of town and represents a truer life experience outside the tourist trap locations in Centro Merida. An easy 20 min walk into Centro is a safe and interesting view into the city’s rich past and architecture. The remodeled residence has everything a traveler could ask for as far as amenities, the WiFi and AC was fast and efficient, a corner market, safe access and was very clean and everything in working condition with a wardrobe space for suitcase and shelving to spread out wardrobe and contents. The bed is comfortable and I slept great, and for those who don’t sleep well with noise, the street is on a busy street, but not in a honking, congested traffic way, just cars going by. Nothing a sleep channel on YouTube or ear plugs wouldn’t take care of. Overall, I’d return next time. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, featured a stunning view, and offered excellent amenities. The apartment alone is worth every penny, but add the rooftop pool and this place transforms into absolute paradise. Mary, who handled our check-in, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about PV. Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret since we're already planning to book a month-long stay next winter, but I simply must recommend it - 5 stars across the board!"

"Agustín is quite a plastic artist who has been able to give a unique personality to the space he lives in and shares with guests. His kindness and willingness are unmatched. He has the knowledge to guide guests with local gastronomic suggestions. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the building is a genuine art deco, but it's not for someone seeking absolute silence and darkness. It's a room in a major city and a spectacular neighborhood on one of the main avenues. I will definitely stay there again on my next business trips."
