You can only smoke in the open area that is inside the apartment (service area, laundry room, indicated with an ashtray). And if it is necessary in the window and ventilate the apartment so as not to leave a cigarette smell.

Parties only on weekends and less than 10 people. Music should be heard at a moderate volume level. Party most finish before 3am.
Parties must be notified 2 days before to notify the administration of the building.
If the neighbors or the administration complain and it is ignored the light will be disconnected; And if there is a fine or sanction of the administration this should be paid.

There is no baby crib in the apartment.
The amenities or food and drinks that are in the refrigerator or other spaces at the time of receiving the apartment have no additional cost.

The coffee available at the time of delivery is complimentary.

They must be delivered complete and in good condition: Hangers, towels, dishes, cutlery, bathroom and kitchen accessories, as well as decorative items, books, remote controls, hair dryers.

Toothpaste, shampoo, body and hand soap are included in the cost only once.
In the case of pets, the transit through the building is through service areas according to condominium policies. In common areas within the condominium you must use a leash or load it. Within the department there is complete freedom. Any doubt may be indicated by the doorman or guard of the condominium. On business trips (with anticipation time and extra charge) you can agree on the availability of dry cleaning, tailoring, gym, and more services you need for your comfortable stay.

If you travel with a pet, we have totally safe support and guidance services (extra cost) such as nursery, medical or veterinary hospital, spa and beauty, etc. The orientation is free.

The department will adapt to accommodate pets for the care and cleaning of space for future guests and the pets and humans that accompany them.

Access to the building with pets is through the service stairs and the garage. Cleaning and care of the apartment is the responsibility of the guest. For your convenience we have weekly cleaning service of the apartment with extra charge).
All cleaning products for the apartment, dish soap and clothes are also included only once.
The fireplace is only ornate. Its use is decoration and lighting. If you need heating the apartment has a portable heater that is located in the bedroom in front of the bed.
