Sólo se puede fumar en el área abierta que esta dentro del apartamento, (área de servicio, cuarto de lavado, indicada con un cenicero). Y si es necesario en la ventana y ventilar el apartamento para no dejar olor a cigarro.

Eventos y fiestas sólo fines de semana con menos de 10 personas y terminado el evento a más tardar a las 2am previa autorizacion. Música moderada. Si hay quejas de vecinos o vigilancia por algún comportamiento indebido o música alta se desconectará la luz o si es el caso se pagará la multa o sanción de la Administracion a la que se haga acreedor.
No hay cuna para bebés en el departamento.
No tienen costo adicional las amenidades ni alimentos y bebidas que se encuentren en el refrigerador u otros espacios en el momento de recibir el apartamento.
El café disponible en el momento de la entrega es de cortesía.
Se deben entregar completos y en buen estado: Perchas, toallas, trastes, cubiertos, accesorios de baño y cocina, así como objetos de decoración, libros, controles remoto, secadora de pelo.
Pasta de dientes, shampoo, jabón de cuerpo y manos están incluidos en el costo por una sola vez.
Todos los productos de limpieza para el departamento, jabón de trastes y ropa también están incluidos por una sola vez.
La chimenea es sólo de ornato. Su uso es de decoración y de iluminación. Si necesitas calefacción el departamento cuenta con un calefactor portátil que se encuentra en la recámara frente a la cama.
En el caso de mascotas el tránsito por el edificio es por áreas de servicio de acuerdo a políticas del condominio. En áreas comunes dentro del condominio deberá usar correa o cargarlo. Dentro del departamento hay completa libertad. Cualquier duda se la podrá indicar el portero o vigilante del condominio. En viajes de negocios (con tiempo de anticipación y cargo extra) se puede acordar la disponibilidad de tintorería, sastrería, gym, y de más servicios que necesites para tu cómoda estancia.
Si viajas con mascota, contamos con servicios de apoyo y orientación totalmente seguros (costo extra) como guardería, medico u hospital veterinario, spa y estética, etc. La orientación es gratuita.
El departamento se adaptará para alojar mascotas para el cuidado y la limpieza del espacio para los huéspedes futuros y de las mascotas y humanos que los acompañen.
El acceso al edificio con mascotas es por las escaleras de servicio y el garage. La limpieza y cuidado del apartamento es responsabilidad del huésped. Para tu comodidad tenemos servicio de limpieza semanal del apartamento con cargo extra).
