No pets allowed since I have a cat, no smoking inside (only at the balcony), no parties or reunions, visits are not allowed; remember you're renting a room, not the whole place. You use it, you clean it and put it where it belongs. If you break it, you pay for it. Please keep the noice down before 10 pm. Always lock the street door and make sure you close the apartment door properly. Since we're sharing the bathroom, it's our responsibility to keep it clean.
