Big room in apartment Centrally located at 1 block from Insurgentes avenue largest and one of the most important city avenues. Very clean. 1 parking, private 24 hrs security and cctv. Well connected with bus, taxis and bicycle stations, 3 blocks from WTC Mx.

Large room located in the highest level area. Clean and disinfected. 1 block from Insurgentes, the main avenue of the city. 1 parking, private security. Near metrobus and bike station. 3 blocks from the WTC. Your room is the largest and is completely private, bright, sunny and overlooking the treetops and the WTC. If you want darkness, it has blackout. Nobody will enter it but you; If you would like the cleaning to be done let me know. I am open minded so you can be in the apartment like at home, dress or not. And receive, prior notice, guests from ******** if you wish. It has a washer dryer, iron, kitchen, etc. I assure you you will feel at home!

-For Wi-Fi and internet access, you can take the password from this platform in the Wi-Fi section or ask me directly. -Hot water is automatic and 24 hours a day. -The lighting is fully automatic and is marked. Please be cautious in the use of the Light. Turn off when not using or not in that area. -Keep in mind that in the apartment there are eventually companion pets so be careful when opening and closing the door that leads to the street so that they do not escape. If you do not want pets to enter your room. Keep the door closed. -You can make use of the common areas as long as you maintain order and cleanliness. For example, if you use the dishes or cookers and eat, you will have to clean, wash and collect what you use and leave everything as you found it. -The automatic cleaning charge is only for cleaning and cleaning the room at the time of your departure or check out. Your space is private and you can keep it as you like. It is your responsibility to maintain order and cleanliness of your space on your own during your stay; If you need daily hotel-style cleaning (including change of towels and bedding) it has an extra cost of $ 97 Mexican pesos for each time. -I am open mind and I understand if you want to receive visits through ********-type platforms just for our security you must notify me in advance and they will have to register in the building. Victor is an amazing host and is kind, respectful, considerate, and great company. The apartment is well maintained, clean and has all the amenities as described in the listing. The location is secure, easy to access and about a 10 minute taxi/Uber ride to the main gay area, Zona Rosa. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby in case you need something. Overall, my only regret is that I was only there for 2 nights but will definitely book with Victor and his super cute dogs, Mich and Sammy, again.

Well decorated apartment great location and great hosts Victor and the cute dogs! Victor is very kind and nice person to chat with very respectful of his guest and always available if needed. Miss my time with him and the doggies, book him u won't regret.

Beautiful luxury home! Hot & strong water!! Filtered drinking water!! Kitchen is nice size with everything you need. I did use the washer and dryer which was very helpful for my extended Mexico stay. Victor is friendly, helpful, generous, handsome and great to talk with. Bus line is blocks away which is easy & cheap. Great restaurants, stores steps away. Bed and bath are nicely decorated. Shower is shared but there was never a conflict. Friendly dogs. Only place to stay. Book now !
