Here we share with you the regulations that we appreciate you comply with during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about the use of the apartment or any additional requirements you may have, we will be happy to help you. These are the basic rules: -Remember that check out is at 11:00 hrs. -We appreciate that when you enter the apartment you always leave your shoes in the entrance hall. If necessary you can leave your sandals at the entrance. -Keep spaces clean and leave them as you found them. -Please do not put your feet up on the table or the armchair in both the living room and the dining room. -Do not wear shoes inside the room and do not put your shoes on the bed. -Wash the dishes you use with soap and a sponge, always use the sponge to remove any food residue. -Don't forget to pick up the dishes you use in the dining room or living room. -The cardboard and PET bottles that you discard leave them next to the trash cans in the kitchen. -******** inorganic waste in the silver bin and organic waste in the small bin next to the sink. -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the rooms, but it is allowed on the terrace as long as you keep the door closed. -If you smoke, don't forget to use the ashtray. -We do not accept pets (DM me it its a special scenario or pet). -It is not allowed to hold parties or events. -It is not allowed to receive visitors. -The use of the washing machine has an additional cost of $100.00 MXN (******** Mexican pesos per use), this includes detergent and fabric softener. -Please ask before using the washing machine. -Don't waste water, soap or fabric softener. -Be very careful when using the washing machine, if you have questions about how to use it, do not hesitate to contact us again. -Inside your room, please ******** the garbage in the assigned bin. -If you don't use blankets or blankets in your room, place them on the shelves, don't throw them on the floor. -For stays of 10 days or more, we offer a weekly change of sheets at no cost if you request it, but if the sheets are too dirty, with any kind of stains such as food, shoes, blood, mud, etcetera or if the cleaning process requires any additional cleaning to remove stains or odors it will generate an additional cost of $100.00 MXN (******** Mexican pesos) each time we clean it or any additional time you request for it. -Blankets and duvets will not be changed during your stay unless you request it. And it will have an additional cost of $100.00 MXN (******** Mexican pesos) each time you request it. -If you need an extra blanket or blanket, do not hesitate to request it. -The towels we provide are for body use only, if you need another bath mat, please request it. Never use towels as bath mats. -Make sure to close the water faucets in the bathroom and we appreciate not wasting water. -When you leave your room make sure you leave all the lights off. -We know that accidents sometimes happen, so if you lose, break, stain or damage any item in the apartment, we would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible, in case it generates an additional cost we will let you know, we will try to do it as fair as possible. -The cost of losing the keys to the apartment is $5,500.
