Beautiful 2-story apartment with a refreshing double-height terrace. Located in one of the best areas of Mexico City; the Colonia Juárez (busy with nightlife in weekends). Central and easily accessible, two blocks from Av. Reforma and Angel de la Independencia; one block from La Condesa, and a few minutes from Chapultepec, Polanco, La Roma, the Historical Downtown ... Here you will find everything you need to make your experience in Mexico City something unique and unforgettable.
The apartment is very spacious (easy and convenient to maintain a healthy and safe distance), the common areas are on the ground floor: living room, dining room, terrace, kitchen and laundry room.
On the second floor are the rooms, where you will find the one destined to host you. In the room there is a queen bed, shelves and closet, among other accessories that will make your stay more comfortable.
In the apartment there are three rooms, one that is where I sleep, yours that is shown in this ad and a third room usually available.
The bathroom designated for you is downstairs and it is only for ******** is a full bathroom with shower, I provide you towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and a hair dryer.
In the kitchen you can make use of all the utensils you find, from pots and pans to teapot and coffee pot, we love to cook so we have a variety of spices, tea and coffee that you may use if you wish.
There is also the living room, dining room and terrace that you can use whenever you want to feel at home (we do not smoke, the only place allowed for that is the terrace).
IMPORTANT: The area on weekends is usually crowded, the nightlife on weekends (from Thursday to Saturday) can last until 3 am or 5 am depending on the events of those days in the bars in the area. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper.

We are in the center of Mexico City, in Colonia Juárez also ******** gay neighborhood of the city, full of nightlife, all kinds of activities, from restaurants, cafes and shops to cultural activities and shopping centers. We are in the heart of Mexico City's gay nightlife, and also excellent gay or straight clubs in Condesa, Polanco and Roma... For those reasons, it is a very safe neighborhood.
The Angel of Independence and Reforma Avenue are 2 blocks from the apartment. La Condesa is a few blocks away, specifically the Cibeles fountain is a 5 minute walk away (one of the best places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, party or just having a coffee).
Also Polanco, Chapultepec and Roma are a few minutes walk away, which I highly recommend because while you walk you can explore and find all kinds of interesting places, restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, galleries, parks, etc. It's about 15 minutes by Metrobus (an excellent option to take a tour along Reforma Avenue on the double-decker buses) or Metro.

Hello, welcome! Here we share with you the regulations that we appreciate you comply with during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about the use of the apartment or any additional requirements you may have, we will be happy to help you.
These are the basic rules:
-Remember that check out is at 11:00 hrs.
-We appreciate that when you enter the apartment you always leave your shoes in the entrance hall. If necessary you can leave your sandals at the entrance.
-Keep spaces clean and leave them as you found them.
-Please do not put your feet up on the table or the armchair in both the living room and the dining room.
-Do not wear shoes inside the room and do not put your shoes on the bed.
-Wash the dishes you use with soap and a sponge, always use the sponge to remove any food residue.
-Don't forget to pick up the dishes you use in the dining room or living room.
-The cardboard and PET bottles that you discard leave them next to the trash cans in the kitchen.
-******** inorganic waste in the silver bin and organic waste in the small bin next to the sink.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the rooms, but it is allowed on the terrace as long as you keep the door closed.
-If you smoke, don't forget to use the ashtray.
