10000/10... the best choice I could have made. I had a very comfortable and fun stay, I had an excellent time. The place is very beautiful, comfortable, well located, safe and peaceful. Thanks to Iván, he is an excellent host, very attentive at all times, he makes you feel at home. Very nice, sociable, attentive, respectful. My stay with Ivan was second to none! Ivan is an amazing, considerate, thoughtful and engaging host. He has a terrific character and sense of humour! All hosts could take a lesson from him! So easy with communication, lots of amenities, clothing optional, centro location and easy access to the airport! I highly recommend Ivan's place to any traveller. I look forward to visiting again. I did not get the chance to meet Ivan but staying at his place was great. Great location for exploring the city. Bed was super comfortable and appreciated the great towel for the shower. Neighborhood can be a bit loud at night but settles down before its too late.

Ivans Studio is a nice place with a very special atmosphere on a basic standard. Its directly in the center, perfect for going out at night. Ivan is a nice and open minded person. And very helpful. Thx for everything.

Ivan's apartment is in a good location near in the historic center of CDMX. He is a good communicator and professional. I had to leave early because of circumstances at home (no fault of the host) and never met Ivan in person.
