Bedroom with double bed. Two level house. It also has a sofa bed inside the room for additional guest. The bathroom is outside the bedroom and can be shared if there is occupancy. There is another half bath available on the second floor of the house. The house has a full gym in a small room (see photo) and a roof garden, where you will find chairs and loungers for sunbathing. Fully equipped kitchen It is located three blocks from the beautiful Reforma Avenue. Suitable for executives, travelers and tourists. Excellent location. Seismic safe structure. Absolute privacy. The room has its own key. Very close to restaurants, entertainment and amusement centers. Safe neighborhood. I have pets (dogs) that are very quiet and have their own space. Smoking is allowed in the open areas or in the roof garden but not inside the house or room. Access to the house is electronic. Close to the gay scene

Have a cheerful attitude that it will be a good experience. Upon arrival I will request, and only for security reasons, an identification such as a passport or ID card and will take a picture of it. Remember that as a guest you should not go through the check-in process at an accommodation if any of the following situations occur: - You are currently sick or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days. On the other hand, you should respect other people's things. Important: In common areas you must maintain order and cleanliness, as you found it, especially bathroom and kitchen. If it is used, it is cleaned or washed. The cleaning service does not include the washing of clothes or dishes, unless you wish to pay an extra cost. Smoking is allowed on the patio or roof garden but not inside the house! Remember that there are other guests who may not like the smell of cigarettes. No visitors are allowed without the express consent of the host or owner of the house. You must give notice if you wish to use the Laundry and Drying Room. There will be an additional charge for detergent and fabric softener. Your laundry must remain in your room. Laundry hours are from 7 am to 9:00 pm. Gym hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. You must conduct yourself with kindness and respect. Inside the apartment is NOT allowed to consume drugs or narcotics of any kind, nor smoking. ! Smoking is only allowed in the patios or outside areas of the house. You must always turn off the lights, heater, tv, fan when you leave your room. Please do not leave them on. In case you break or mistreat the furniture, objects or bedding, you must repair them or replace them with the same quality as they were. Uff I hope they are not many!!!, but indicate the basic ones according to the different customs of our guests. I will always appreciate your common sense so that we all feel that we are in the right place to stay. This can be a good experience!!!! Any questions please do not hesitate to ask me.

What a wonderful host Jose Eduardo is. He is very kind and accommodating, and the dogs were super friendly whenever they were out. The place is large, comfortable, and well-equipped. And it's really easy to go to whatever neighborhood one chooses to explore in this fantastic city. I could not have asked for a better stay. I will absolutely return both to CDMX and to this place!

The house is in a nice neighborhood of Mexico City, and the room was how it's described. Jose was very kind and helped me a lot to familiarize how things work in the house. I felt so comfortable living there. I will definitely stay there again.

Jose Eduardo is a thoughtful, conscientious host who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and able to be flexible with our needs. He has a beautiful apartment that was centrally located to most of our needs while visiting, and the pillows were especially comfortable. I would recommend his listing to anyone, and we'll absolutely be staying with him in the future. Thanks for a great visit!

Jose Eduardo has a beautiful house with very spacious rooms. Quiet and very private space. Jose Eduardo was very helpful and informative. I had such an amazing time in Mexico City! Thank you for the warm welcome and for the comfortable accomodations! P.S. the filtered water for consumption was a life saver! Sometimes finding water at 3:00am in Mexico can be a real challenge.

Perfect location with easy access to all Mexico City. My room was clean large and comfortable. The location in Roma near the best part of Mexico City. I'd been to the city before and everything was at most a 15/30 minute walk and very safe to navigate. When I arrived I had two weeks of laundry and with no problem I was able to use the washer and dryer saving time and money
