Shared spaces such as dining room, living room, patios, kitchen, roof terrace and gym. Ideal for tourism and business executives. High speed Wifi 300g with 2.5 and 5g modem. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas such as patios and roof garden. The space has washer and dryer. It is three blocks from reforma, between Diana and Angel de la Independencia. The structure of the house is very safe in reference to earthquakes. The space has dogs, they are educated . The space although it can accommodate other guests is very private because of its size. Ideal location to move to any area. The area is safe for walking.

Have a cheerful attitude that it will be a good experience. Upon arrival I will request, and only for security reasons, an identification such as a passport or ID card and will take a picture of it. Remember that as a guest you should not go through the check-in process at an accommodation if any of the following situations occur: - You are currently sick or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days. On the other hand, you should respect other people's things. Important: In common areas you must maintain order and cleanliness, as you found it, especially bathroom and kitchen. If it is used, it is cleaned or washed. The cleaning service does not include the washing of clothes or dishes, unless you wish to pay an extra cost. Smoking is allowed on the patio or roof garden but not inside the house! Remember that there are other guests who may not like the smell of cigarettes. No visitors are allowed without the express consent of the host or owner of the house. You must give notice if you wish to use the Laundry and Drying Room. There will be an additional charge for detergent and fabric softener. Your laundry must remain in your room. Laundry hours are from 7 am to 9:00 pm. Gym hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. You must conduct yourself with kindness and respect. Inside the apartment is NOT allowed to consume drugs or narcotics of any kind, nor smoking. ! Smoking is only allowed in the patios or outside areas of the house. You must always turn off the lights, heater, tv, fan when you leave your room. Please do not leave them on. In case you break or mistreat the furniture, objects or bedding, you must repair them or replace them with the same quality as they were. Uff I hope they are not many!!!, but indicate the basic ones according to the different customs of our guests. I will always appreciate your common sense so that we all feel that we are in the right place to stay. This can be a good experience!!!! Any questions please do not hesitate to ask me.

Jose Eduardo is very pleasant like most Mexicans he is accommodating The photo above is nothing like what I had I commented on peeling paint on ceiling I arrived late due to bus and city traffic His front door security is quite unique and I needed him to show me how to operate it In person location was excellent

José Eduardo and Doña Alicia go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They are very hospitable and attentive. The house is exactly as described, and the location is extremely convenient. Highly recommended!

My stay with Jose Eduardo's place is so remarkable and memorable. It's my first trip to Mexico and from the very start when I asked Jose Eduardo if he can be our host he was so helpful. He even gave us an itinerary to do for the whole week. His place was so clean. And always clean. Ms Alicia always cleans it. Also, He has TARA and SOFIA. His cute and lovely dogs. They are very charming and warm like the host. Place is also perfect as it is easy to navigate. It is near the Gay Area. Walking Distance actually. There is also a Circle K which is very convenient cause if you need a 24 convenience store There is also Dona Blanca, a good breakfast place. It is cheap. Value for money of the place is also perfect. I don't find it expensive. Actually I would consider it cheap for a great service. I would definitely recommend Jose Eduardo's place to my friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jose's home. The room was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a heatwave during our visit and Jose was kind enough to supply a new fan for the room so that we could be comfortable. The location was ideal, with many great cafes and restaurants a short walk away. We'd definitely stay here again!
