"I was very pleased with our stay here. what stood out to me the most was how peaceful it was and quiet. We had use of the kitchen, but I’m pretty much just a morning coffee person so that took care of my needs. The bedroom was nice and clean and neat as well as the bathroom. I like the location because it was not in the middle of a tourist area but I could easily get there very inexpensively with a Uber. Old San Juan’s biggest festival was going on at the time and there were so many people, but it was festive and fun. I went into town for two days of the four day festival. I like the location where we stayed. It was convenient too many restaurants shopping centers supermarket and eateries and was not in a touristy area. I felt more like I was living among the locals and enjoyed that experience. Our host Paul was very nice and took time to check in with us each day and ask if there was anything we needed as well as taking the time for a nice farewell as we were heading home I would stay at this location again in the future if available"

"We purely wanted to stay in any neighborhood of working class people, not a tourist trap area. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was just as described, the property was gated and safe. Our host was kind enough to provide chairs and an umbrella for us. The only thing lacking was the amount of quality kitchen small wares and pots and pans. I was limited on what I could cook. I'm a chef so others may not really care about that detail. Overall, I can't wait to come back."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Jeff's place. We were thoroughly prepared for what to expect and all the logistics. The communication was top drawer. The unit itself is so convenient to the beach. It is equipped with a small kitchen that was well equipped. The shower had great water pressure. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby and a well supplied grocery store right next door. We recommend Carlos and Jeff's place without reservation."

"We enjoyed! Kind and generous host. Home with style and character. Eduin is happy to engage in conversation yet never intrusive. He is always responsive and makes every effort to ensure a wonderful stay. The room was spacious with ample daylight. We stayed a week and were always happy to return each night. The en suite bathroom was a bit small by comparison--there's also a generously sized full bathroom by the pool. Kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the large pool and oversize garden with lots of areas for sun or shade. Wonderful cats too. Recommended!"

"Great apartment, amazing location, helpful host! One block from the gay beach (Condado/Atlantic beach), steps from so many restaurants, and Walgreens is right around the corner for essentials. Kweens Klub, Toxic, Purgatorio, and SX are a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute Uber ride). Apartment is as advertised, highly recommend!"
