Everyone of the staff is kind and helpful, from Alex at the reception to Begonia the cleaner Lady. I absolutely recommend the Hotel and hope to go back soon!"

His apartment is as pictured in the photos and is in a convenient location to access the metro stations, the gay neighborhood, and the Gothic Quarter. I wish we had more time to spend at the hotel, but we wanted to do most things out in the city. The room was enough for both of us, small but quaint, and had a perfect bathroom, AC, and a lovely view of the garden. We enjoyed water and espresso upon arrival. The art and interior design was lovely as well. We'd love to stay again!"

I called reception but they didn't want to change my room, saying there were no other rooms available. I had to go down to reception to request a complaint form, and that's when they finally offered me another room that had an air conditioning system that only blew cold air. Next time I'll look for another place."
