"Attending a wedding at Middleton Lodge, this listing ticked all the required boxes. Melsonby is a hidden village, quiet and peaceful, yet minutes away from the motorway. Paul was more than happy to allow me access to his home, despite him not being around to welcome me. He's an outdoorsy guy - really well travelled too - and was leading a local group of walkers in all the magnificence of the immediate countryside. His home is comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. And in the morning, I was able to leisurely 'get ready' for the celebrations ahead. Thanks Paul."

The flat is perfectly located, in particular for those taking the EuroStar (it is only 1 station from St-Pancras and the flat is near the station), and the room is very comfortable. "I would definitely recommend a stay with Ben and William. They were amazing hosts and were very kind, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout my time there. Even down to the breakfast they kindly prepared. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had what I needed, which I really appreciated. They really thought of everything, even my dietary needs, and they kindly set up a space for my online work meeting. The space itself was cosy and comfortable, with some lovely views across London. It felt like a relaxing place to come back to after a day out. The neighbourhood is also quiet, and I felt safe during my stay, even though I wasn't too familiar with the area.
