"Brad and Chris were fantastic hosts. The apartment in reality was better than what is shown in the photos. Very spacious, comfortable furniture, decorated fantastic, just a truly great place to stay. I was invited upstairs for coffee my first morning and I was able to chat and get to know Brad and Chris. Both are incredibly friendly, personable and above all else, welcoming. If I need another place to stay in-town Asheville, Brad and Chris will be my top choice."

"Kent's place was clean and in order. Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Kent is a great conversationalist, Had some great talks, I really enjoyed staying with him. We even went out to dinner together. I would not hesitate to stay with him again"

"I stayed here for 4 nights as I was in SD for business. I travel often for work, and typically stay in Bnb type settings because I like to be able to cook and have a more home style feeling while away from home. I loved this place. It’s super well equipped with all of the necessary kitchen/living stuffs. The bed was comfortable, everything was VERY clean, and all of the linens provided were very nice. Despite not being a huge unit, there’s a TV in the main room and a TV in the bedroom area. I opted for the parking space, and I am glad that I did. Parking seems to change a lot throughout the day, sometimes there are tons of spots, and other times there’s nothing. Furthermore, one morning whilst on my balcony, drinking coffee, what appeared to be a homeless guy, walking down 6th Ave went closer to this beautiful Cherry Red Charger, and suddenly, I hear this loud hissing sound...I see him move away from the car, looking up from my phone after hearing the sound. Then I see him come close to the car once more by the front passengers side, and again, another loud hissing sound. I don’t know if he knew the guy whose car it was, but it appeared to be totally random; the Charger being the nicest car on the block. So do yourself a favor and opt for the parking, it’s safest and out of the elements. The staff was super friendly and accommodating if I needed anything. I will definitely be returning to this Bnb when I’m back in SD "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pics are accurate. However, the place is a bit beat up, with several holes in the walls, and lots of wear and tear. The floors had been vacuumed but not mopped/washed, so our socks were very dirty after walking around. There is no workspace, so beware if you have to work there. Also, the walls are very thin, and there is a lot of airplane noise. That said, it was a good value for San Diego. We would stay again depending on the circumstances."

"Great location with amazing views. As stated in the description, the kitchen and bath are dated, but other than that, the unit was comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. I would stay here again the next time I am in Honolulu."
