Evan was traveling while I stayed but he is quite communicative and polite. I would be happy to stay here again. Groceries are cheap, a lovely Hispanic neighborhood, and a 15-20 minute commute to Manhattan via bus.

Evan Igor, a super great host, his indications very clear and help me to arrived his place so easily, his place clean and order, very quiet to really enjoy it. I do recommend staying at his place even is a NJ, so easily to go NY. Thank you Evan, If I come back at NY/NJ I will look you again.
