Evan's apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the 5th floor with no elevator. A 2-minute walk from the metro and therefore 10 minutes from Times Square.... Unfortunately, we didn't meet Evan as he was away on a business trip.... If you like peace and quiet, it's perfect. A few good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Avoid this place. I feel cheated. This place is the most expensive I have stayed at with MrBNB and the worst. The bed-linen had a terrible smell and sleeping in that bed was disgusting. Lamps did not work and some rooms were dark. Windows were poorly insulated which made the apartment disturbed by sound. I expected something totally different for this price.
