"My husband and I stayed at 1860 Sixth Avenue for 2 nights. An important factor in choosing the location was its proximity to Balboa Park and easy drive to restaurants in the Hillcrest neighborhood. The studio was comfortable and clean. While the property is under the flight path of the airport, we had no problem sleeping with the patio door closed and apparently few flights during our normal sleeping hours. We parked on 6th Avenue with no problems, just make sure to read the signs regarding the street sweeping schedule."

"Excellent Stay. Easy and independent check in. The best aspect of this place is location: It's in the heart of St. Pete's gay village, and there is no need to drive your car once you've parked. I wouldn't describe the place as a "Studio Apartment" rather a one bedroom efficiency (the kitchenette is open to the living room but it has a separate bedroom); it's basic and efficient and has everything one needs. The coffee, food, and friendly staff at the coffee shop downstairs are better than having room service. Hopefully this place will be available the next time I want to visit this neighborhood."
