"Terry's place exceeded expectations! It is stylish and spacious and perfectly blends loft vibes with coastal living. The location is perfect and close to all that Colonial Beach has to offer. The weather was warm and sunny during our stay, and my partner and I enjoyed walking along the boardwalk, in the sand, and experiencing the numerous indoor/outdoor dining and bar options in the downtown area. The condo had everything we needed, which made our quick trip from Washington, DC even easier!"

"This was a great place and served my needs during my week in Indy. I loved that it was in the heart of the gayborhood of Indy with so many restaurants, bars, grocery stores within walking distance. My only dislike is the lack of local TV channels on the TV, this could be resolved with a small OTA digital antenna plugged into the TV. In order to watch anything on the TV you have to log in with your own streaming credentials, which I do not like doing when traveling. Outside of the TV and local channels great place when you want more than a hotel room for an extended stay. Building was secure, parking was off street and secure. Location of this place is perfect for anyone in the LGBTQ community that want to be right in the middle of the fun."
