Out on the Street

Out on the Street is one of Toronto’s most iconic gay-owned shops, serving the LGBTQ+ community with a diverse mix of apparel, accessories, Pride merchandise, and adult products in the heart of Church-Wellesley Village since the early 1990s. Loved by locals and visitors alike for its welcoming vibe and eclectic range, the store has long been a cultural staple of the neighbourhood. After 34 years at its historic multi-floor location at 551 Church Street, the business is preparing to relocate to a new, fully accessible spot at 504 Church Street, marking an exciting new chapter while remaining deeply rooted in the community’s social fabric (Spring 2026).
