The booking confirmation didn't arrive in my email until 3 PM, by which time we were already 1.5 hours away from the property, on our way home. I reached out to the property owner to explain the situation, and he assured me he would contact MisterBandB and follow up. Unfortunately, he never did, and instead, I was charged the full amount for a night I couldn't even use. This lack of communication and follow-through is deeply disappointing.
