The room reserved for travelers overlooks a small garden of olive, fig and jasmine trees, which is something of the centerpiece of this modern townhouse built in 2019.

In the bedroom, you'll love the warm ambience of the wood panelling, the comfortable sofa bed (160x190) and the functional storage spaces designed for a stay of one or more days. The private bathroom (shower + WC) provides total autonomy, while curtains and blackout roller shutters ensure complete privacy. On arrival, you'll find everything you need for a snack, tea or coffee.

The rest of this level is taken up by a vast lounge-library, which you can use from Monday to Thursday if you need a larger workspace.

We live mainly on the other two floors of the house, which makes living together very relaxed. On the 1st floor are the kitchen and living room, while the 2nd is dedicated to the owners. You can also enjoy the terrace on the 1st floor, which is accessible from outside and free to travelers. A really nice place for breakfast, an aperitif (or sunbathing in the deckchairs). Athletes can even join us for pilates or yoga classes on site (often on Monday and Saturday mornings).
