Luxury Art Suite in Residence nestled in a fantastic park with lake view pool. The second floor apartment (with elevator) was renovated NEW in August 2023 and has a large private Covered Parking, Lake View Pool, Balcony with sitting area overlooking the park and glimpse of the lake, Bedroom with 50" TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. Bathroom with Chromotherapy shower, Fully equipped Kitchen with capsule coffee machine and Wifi included so you can surf the Internet and work in SmartWorking. The Residence also has a beautiful private beach where you can swim freely. For nature lovers, the residence is surrounded by a centuries-old park where you can walk and admire the beautiful 180° lake view. The artist Alessandro Padovan can give you lots of advice about Stresa and is very helpful at any time. The center of Stresa can be reached by car in 3 minutes.
