The living room is cozy, warm and very comfortable with an adjoining balcony with chairs and table.

The kitchen has all the amenities, (fridge, stove, oven, dish washer) as well as a stovetop, kettle, and cookware.

The big bathroom has a bath tub, shower box as well as a washing machine.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony, ONLY. Otherwise, I have no specific rules. I want you to enjoy your stay in my beautiful apartment and just leave the place as you rented it.
