Seafront ground floor condo with patio, A/C, Wi-Fi

This is a non-smoking apartment, please keep it smoke-free indoors (this includes vaping).

We love pets, but unfortunately we cannot allow them in our property.

Our place can host a maximum of 4 guests. We cannot allow the overnight stay of non-registered guests.

It is imperative for each guest to show a valid at the time of registration, as their data must be included in the Register of Passengers of the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police).

Tourist Tax of the Generalitat de Catalunya: € 2 per adult (over 16 years) per day. This payment only applies to the first seven days of stay and must be paid in ******** upon check-in.

... turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment.
... keep the windows closed when the heating/air conditioning is working.
... keep in mind the neighbors. Do not play high music or make noise from 22:00 to 8:00.
... throw only paper in the toilet.
... when you leave the apartment, make sure you lock all doors.
... take care of the property keys, any lost key means we have to change the locks for security reasons (up to 60€ will be charged per each lost key).
