Thanks to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, you're quickly in the city center or on your way to your next excursion.

I am particularly happy to welcome guests who stay for several days and use the apartment mindfully - ideal for students, workation guests or anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in Stuttgart. Short stays are currently not planned.

Zuffenhausen is quiet, but perfectly connected by S-Bahn and U-Bahn - in about 15 minutes you are in the middle of the queer center of Stuttgart.

There are numerous LGBTQ+-friendly spots in the city center. There are several bars, cafés and meeting places for the community around Büchsenstraße in particular:

I am happy to welcome guests who treat my apartment with respect. The apartment is particularly suitable for quiet stays of several nights or more - ideal for students, workation guests or city trips without the hustle and bustle.

Please note:
- No parties or visitors
- Night's rest from 22:00 - we live in a quiet old building
- Kitchen and bathroom can be shared - please leave them clean
- Smoking is not permitted (not even at the window)

I am available, but tend to stay in the background. Exchange is welcome, but does not have to be. Mutual respect, attentiveness and a calm, relaxed atmosphere are important to me.
